Powder phenolic resin for consolidated abrasive tools (functional type)
This series of products are made of special phenolic resin production process or modified phenolic resin, which has special properties different from ordinary phenolic resin and can be applied to special grinding wheels, such as superhard grinding wheels, heavy-duty grinding wheels and diamond grinding wheels. Matters need attention
■ This product is powdered resin, and dust will appear during use. Please wear relevant protective equipment to avoid direct contact with skin.
■ This product will have agglomeration caused by slight static electricity, which will not affect its use.
Packaging and storage
■ This product is packed in paper-plastic composite bag or PE heavy film bag, with a net weight of 25kg/ bag.
■ It should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place, so as to prevent the package from being damaged. It is easy to get wet after the package is damaged, so it should be used immediately.
■ Try to reduce the stacking height, and dismantle the ton-supporting wrapping film when the temperature exceeds 25℃.
■ It can be stored at 25°C and below for 90 days.
